Please review the TAPS Information Session and FAQ; eligibility is dependent on review of these resources. You are encouraged to read through this form in full prior to filling it out.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) serves as the initial step in the application process for the Therapeutic Activation Programs for Seniors (TAPS) Grant. Its primary purpose is to provide a brief yet comprehensive overview of your proposed project. The EOI helps us assess the alignment of your project with the grant objectives and determine whether it meets the initial eligibility criteria. The EOI is your opportunity to introduce your project idea and demonstrate its potential to contribute to healthy aging in your community. While it does not require a full proposal, it should convey essential information about your project’s objectives, readiness, community support, and alignment with our goals.

Please carefully follow the guidelines outlined in this template to provide a clear and compelling snapshot of your project, laying the foundation for a more detailed proposal in the subsequent stage.
